Dear Partners, Colleagues and Stakeholders
RE: STAFF CHANGES AT THE ZIMBABWE ENVIRONMENTAL LAW ASSOCIATION
I hope this finds you well and that 2022 is off to a great start for you.
This letter serves to inform you that our Legal Officer, Richard Ncube who joined the Zimbabwe Environmental Law Association (ZELA) in 2019 under the Bertha Justice Fellowship Program left the organization on the 16th of February, 2022 to further his studies. Over the past years Richard has demonstrated his zeal in defending the rights of marginalized communities through using the law. We appreciate his contributions and extend our best wishes in his future endeavors.
We are also pleased to welcome on board new Staff members who will intern in the Finance and Administration Department. These are, Nyasha Owen Ndaradzi and McMillan Tinashe Zata. We hope they will utilize their remarkable skills to deliver, excel and leave an indelible mark at ZELA and beyond.
Dear Partners, Colleagues and Stakeholders, the ZELA Board of Trustees, Board Members and Staff value your continued support towards the organization’s growth and sustainability. Your willingness to see ZELA succeed has given us the resilience to stand firm even through adversity.
Thank you for being part of our story, a legacy which twenty years ago we could only imagine.
(ZELA Executive Director)
