Administration
ZELA’s work is managed by the Administrative Council, which meets
regularly to review progress on ongoing projects and activities. This
Council reports to the Board of Trustees which acts as a general advisory
board to give guidance and advice to the council. The Administrative
Council is headed by the Executive Director and five other directors
responsible for different aspects of the organization, ranging from
finance, projects, legal and administration. The Executive Director, the
Administrator and a Projects Coordinator run the day-to-day activities of
the organization, assisted by Project Leaders and general support
staff.
