Environmental Law Internships
On a regular basis ZELA invites applications from students for a 3 – 12 months environmental law internship programme. The objective is to build a cadre and pool of public interest environmental law advocates in Zimbabwe. However, the programme is open to students from other relevant academic disciplines with a community development focus. Students on attachment are required to research and advocate on environmental issues under the supervision of ZELA’s project officers and environmental lawyers. Our internship programme prepares students for research and advocacy work after graduating and a number of our past interns are now employed in the development sector.
